Weight Room

Today we had three options which were badminton, basketball and the weight room. I wasn't in the mood of running because my legs were sore so I went to the weight room. I did triceps and chest. I know I'm not gonna get big but I just want to workout and be in shape

  1. Weight room isn't just for people to get big… there are thousands of activities you can do using the mats, TV, bikes and even weights that aren't about getting big. I want you to be specific about your goal (strength, balance, speed) and find a workout that is appropriate for you. Post it on here.
